Standard Delivery

Free Shipping for all orders to all over the world.Customers can expect to have their correctly completed order delivered within 5-10 working days, depending on the final destination. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For your protection all parcels will require your signature upon delivery.

We suggest delivery to a home or business address where someone is available to sign for delivery during business hours.

We use a variety of carriers. Depending on your order quantity and shipping address. Promise you of safe shipping and right items. These include: USPS, UPS, TNT, DHL, Fedex . The orders usually are dispatched within 24 hours from the order date. After the goods are dispatched, we will provide you a tracking number for tracking online immediately. It is arrival you in 5-10 days. If you did not receive shipping notification letter, please check your mail box or contact us.

Late deliveries

If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe specified please contact us.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately. Cause that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 24 hours after orders placing. Hope you can understand in this key point. Thank you!

Returns Policy & Process

Free Returns for all orders.We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or refund.

Items must be returned within 30 days of original dispatch date in a resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached).Please allow 10 days from the day you return your product for your account to be credited or your exchange product to be redelivered.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that were not purchased online or through our retail stores. We cannot exchange product for a style not within our online product range.

Faulty Items

Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments team and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect, we will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.

If You Change Your Mind

We unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, have been customized, worn or washed. Change of mind returns only apply to items in a resalable condition. Additional re-delivery freight charges will not apply for replacement items. We will either exchange the item or refund the amount of the item, less the original freight charges.

Incorrect Colour

We will cover the re-delivery charges if the colour item you received is not what you initially purchased. As customers can appreciate however, colours shown on an internet exchange may not be an exact match to the physical goods, therefore the colour shown is for illustrative purposes only.

Refunds on Shipping and Handling Charges

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, we will refund shipping and handling charges to your credit card. A copy of your invoice may be requested for proof of purchase.
